Educational Requirement: Masters in Commerce (major in Accounting/Finance or Management)

 At least 5-8 years experience in commodity distribution and management/work with development program for the poor and extreme poor people

Name of Post: Project Coordinator

No of Vacancies: 1 (One)

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop annual, six-monthly, quarterly and monthly activity plan
  • Identify potential stakeholders and develop relevant implementation strategies
  • Assist to project staffs in program/staff development planning
  • Look after over all program office management, security and service
  • Ensure required logistics in the program and its proper management
  • PP & Budget preparation/review
  • Organize progress review meeting with program staffs
  • Maintain program staff filling and data base
  • Plan and implementation appropriate training for staff
  • Coordinate with the program staff WFP office and different unit of the organization
  • Ensure the needs of training in logistics are identify and fulfilled
  • Prepare monthly financial projections and share the respective authority
  • Prepare case studies on success stories on program intervention

Educational Requirement:Masters in Social Science or equivalent

  1. Experience Requirement:at least 12 years working experience in managerial positions in food security project including 3 years experience as a senior level trainer

 Additional Job Requirements:

—  Age below or equal to 42 years

—  Proven experience on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing and monitoring & evaluation  Skill in speaking and report writing in English—  Proven competencies to work with MS-word/Excel,—  Should have valid motorcycle driving license

  • Conduction of training/seminar/workshops on nutrition issue
  • Prepare training module and design training materials and tools necessary for training
  • Assist in making annual training budget
  • Develop and establishment of billboard
  • Identify potential stakeholders and develop relevant implementation strategies for nutrition component
  • To provide training to staff and government officials on nutrition issue
  • To carry out supportive , monitoring and motivation of the project staff
  • Prepare training budget and ensure records of proper expenditure
  • Prepare training report and submit to PC
  • Prepare case studies on success stories on program intervention

Educational Requirement: Bachelor/Masters in Nutrition Science from any reputed educational institution institution

  1. Experience Requirement:at least 3 years working experience in implementation of nutrition related project

 Additional Job Requirements:

—  Age below or equal to 38 years

—  Proven experience on program planning and implementation on nutrition, mother & child health—  Skill in speaking and report writing in English—  Proven competencies to work with MS Word/Excel,—  Should have valid motorcycle driving license

  • Organize ward level campaigns on enrolment to Maternity allowance program
  • Participate in ward level consultation meeting and communicate the programme massage with community
  • Assist enrolment and deletion of beneficiary t database
  • Organize monthly meeting at UP to facilitate monthly enrolment
  • Develop monthly action plan
  • Collection of data from fields and from community

Educational Requirement: At least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer

  1. Experience Requirement: At least 2 years working experience in the similar position
