Housing Loan Support (GoB)

Duration: 10.05.2003 to ongoing

Objective: To improve living conditions in selected houseless people in urban and rural areas.

Loan Purpose: House construction.

Loan Features: Loan Tenure maximum 3 years, loan size maximum 130 thousand, annual service charge 5.5% (decline balance method), installment payable monthly, number of installment maximum 36, installment type EMI (prin+SC).

Implementation Area: 13 branches of Credit Support Program.

Achievements till June 2022: Tk. 1.86 Crore disbursed among 166 borrowers and ensured 166 house making.

Source of fund: Grihayan Tohobil (The Republic of Bangladesh Government).
